David He has a PhD in Economics from North Carolina State University. He has been a people leader with an edge for execution while being a resourceful economist/econometrician with more than 15 years of experience in the Banking industry. Currently, he is the vice president of enterprise modeling team at Western Alliance Bank. He also has a lot of experience of serving on the foundation board. More recently, he has been serving on the board of Georgia Professional Manager Association (GPMA), Board of Director at New Americans Chamber of Commerce in Birmingham and Board of Director at Birmingham Sister City Council, etc. He likes hiking, golfing and singing when he has spare time.
