Promotion is the act of creating awareness for the World Academy and their purpose of accelerating women’s leadership worldwide and achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. 

The marketing for who we are and what we want to accomplish can be done through mentioning us at your meetings, putting us on your website, inviting your network and family to engage or contribute. Promotion is how we become known and recognized.  It raises our image by sharing the results and accomplishments we have achieved.  Promotion gives us status through our relationship with your business, organizations, social media, network, and associations.  Through promoting and marketing we gain access to more opportunities and become known as a pipeline for our World Academy members to be known as a reliable source of talent, vision, and ability.  Invite our facilitators or alumni to speak at your meetings or conferences.  Send them to our website and invite them to participate.

Be a Strategic Partner

Strategic Partners share the vision of the World Academy to accelerate the leadership or women worldwide. They are committed to Gender Equality and believe the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are achievable and together as partners we can more quickly realize the results. Global Interactions embraces their vision, as well and we see the relevance and relationship between the work we do. Their partnership broadens our reach to wider areas of the world and to more diverse cultures and communities. It enables us to stand on their shoulders and for them to benefit from the work we have done. Partnerships create a heightened sense of work ability and make themselves available to one another, thus more work gets done and more awareness of the issues become known to wider audiences.

A strategic partner could be a partner willing to sponsor an employee or member of their organization each year to be a World Academy facilitator at one of the sites. They may make a financial contribution each year to expand an existing WAFW project or create a new one. They may come an speak at the Annual Women’s Symposium or send members of their organization to attend.

They communicate, collaborate, and combine efforts that builds communities of trust, fulfillment, and generosity. They are examples of humanity because they care for each other and ensure that when one partner wins, all partners win. When one partner struggles, others are ready to support their recovery.

Strong partners know how to create work ability in the world, and they join together to reach their goals. There is no competition among partners. There is confidence, encouragement, and confidence that, as partners, we can all achieve the future we want for the world.

Be an Organizational Partner

World Academy Organizational Partners are companies, organizations or non-profit NGOs who wish to align with the World Academy in a partnership that will provide mutual benefit to their purpose and to the outcome we want to produce.

An 0rganizational Partner may be willing to sponsor an employee or member each year for be a World Academy facilitator at one of the World Academy sites. Additional options may include 1) a financial contribution each year to expand an existing WAFW Project, 2) to create, design, and deliver a seminar or podcast on a topic of mutual interest, 3) provide content for new World Academy curriculum modules, 4) sponsor speakers or participants to the Annual Women’s Symposium, or 5) other options that are recognized through the partnership.

The nature of the Partnership is determined by the content and the benefit for each partner. It is tailored to reflect the values and purpose of the partner and fulfil a need of the World Academy.

Organizational partnerships duration is intended for one-year and are renegotiable annually. They are intended to create relationships and produce a lasting impact for both partners.

The partnership can be a supply chain for the partner to have World Academy members as interns or employees, transition from college to a career with skills that have prepared them to perform efficiently, and maximizing the partners social responsibility by providing access and opportunities for young leaders to advance.
